Nurse Practitioner/Executive Director Officer

Dr. Collins Fomunung, FNP-C is a trusted Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of compassionate, patient-centered care. Originally from Cameroon, he advanced from CNA to RN and earned his FNP degree from Winston-Salem State University after studying at Central Piedmont Community College. A Charlotte resident for 22+ years, he is known for his warm, uplifting approach and dedication to families. A devoted husband and father of five, he believes exceptional healthcare starts with genuine relationships and respect.

I am a Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of acute care experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and committed to compassionate, evidence-based care. My specialty areas include chronic disease management, family medicine, and geriatric care, with a strong focus on culturally responsive, patient-centered approaches that improve outcomes and support healthier communities

Julian Seaton

Nurse Practitioner

Julian Montague Seaton, NP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Mount Zion Medical Clinics PA, providing care for acute and chronic conditions. He previously worked as a Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse at Carolinas Medical Center-Union and Charlotte Health Care Center. Before nursing, he served as an Animal Scientist and Forage Agronomist with CARDI. He holds advanced degrees in nursing and agriculture, maintains active NP and RN licenses, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
